As a customer of Airguides, I must say that my experience with them has been average. The website is easy to navigate and the booking process is quite straightforward. However, I found the customer service to be lacking in terms of responsiveness. It took a while for them to get back to me with my queries and it was quite frustrating. Overall, I would say it's an okay experience, nothing exceptional.
