I recently had an interview at caravan Knights General Motors Kokomo Indiana. A few days after the interview the HUMAM RESOURCES called me her name was Chandra from Fort Wayne Indiana. She offered me the positin that I applied for. And she begin to tell me that they want me to be an employer for the company. I was so happy and ready to work. So she tells me that she will send some paper work to my email and for me to fill it out. So I go and I start to fill it out and she calls back and says I seen you were filling it out on your phone. She says you can't do it on your phone. I tell her that I don't have a computer and I Am going through a situation at the moment where I don't even have my house. So I'm staying in my car. I told her I will go to the library and continue the process. She called me Tuesday. So Thursday gets here and she calls I didn't see it. I was mowing yards to make money so I can go buy a laptop. So after she called me Thursday I call her back and I begin to tell her that I am going to the store now to get a laptop. To finish the paperwork. She starts yelling at me and she says "why aren't you answering my phone calls" she only called me 2 and I called her like 2 hours after she called me. She then is really rude to me. She says sorry the position isn't available anymore. And starts saying why weren't you answering me and she says I called and offered someone else the job. I begged her to not do this. I said I will have it all done today. She says well let me call Teresa the supervisor and see if she is okay with it. I said please. She then keeps texting me back and she says sorry the position isn't yours anymore. And then she texts back and says why haven't you did the urine screen is there a reason? She continued to text me and communicate with me. Then she sends me something about my background check. The next day! I have all the messages and so on. My back ground check is good. There is nothing on there. So she says I'm done texting you I can't keep texting you. It's like She started to feel bad or something. A few days go by and next thing you know a supervisor. The guy who was also there with another supervisor name Teresa when I got interviewed called me. He says what happened. Why aren't you hired, he says I wanted you to be hired. I then begin to tell him what happened. He then says I'll see what I can do. He says send me all the texts messages between you guys. So I did and I'm thinking maybe he can help and find out why the HR is doing this. Well he texts back and says sorry there not hiring you. Then I'm so upset and I wanted this job. Well he begins to text me and text me inappropriate things. Telling me to come to his house. He says I want you to be okay. And how he will help me and take care of me. He doesn't even know me. The supervisor him was being unprofessional and so was the HR from Fort Wayne! I was hoping to start working with the company. I am a good worker. They can contine the hiring process they just were being bully's. they look at it as they have that power. I called my a lawyer. He agrees with me and says that it was wrong. I have a family member who is a HR and she said that this is wrong business. It's not right. Can someone please help me and help get this under control. Please!!!! Thanks you!
