I've had packages misdelivered by this office for years. I've also experienced them not leaving the parcel locker key in my box. As of today, I have a package that was supposedly delivered yesterday and left with an individual. Since I have a community mailbox and I work, it wasn't left with anyone. If you try calling the Blue Valley branch office, rarely does anyone pick up the phone. I've even had a rude employee hang up on me in one of the few occasions I get through. I tried calling them again this morning and the phone rang endlessly. No one picked up. I'm currently on the phone with the customer service center (estimated 20 to 30 minute wait time to file a complaint against the carrier and get a case number for my package. All of this typing and I haven't even gotten to the ridiculously long wait times if you need to go into the lobby - for anything. They need an overhaul.
