The cooking holiday I attended with conviviorome.com was fantastic! I learned a lot about Italian cuisine and had a great time. The instructors were friendly and knowledgeable, and the hands-on cooking experience was so much fun. The food we prepared was delicious, and I especially loved the pasta-making class.
