I recently boarded my dog at a local kennel while I went on vacation, and the experience was satisfactory. The staff took good care of my dog, and the facilities were clean. However, I felt that the communication could have been better. It would have been nice to receive more updates on how my dog was doing. Overall, a decent experience.
