I have contacted various departments of the counci...

I have contacted various departments of the council and have to say, I have always found them very helpful, with a quick response.

At times when the office is closed, I have e-mailed and got a prompt response when the office has reopened.

When I have had a query, there has always been someone available to sort things out for me in a kind and caring way ... although I am always reluctant to give praise or criticism, I cannot fault the council fro the care and support i have received.
