I had a mixed experience with PAWPRINTS OF VERO BEACH. The booking process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. However, I was disappointed with the lack of communication during my pet's stay. I expected more updates and reassurance. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I'm not sure if I would use them again.
