I recently had the opportunity to work with Applied Nuclear Services, Inc. and I must say that they provided an average experience overall. The company website, appliednuclearservices.com, was relatively easy to navigate and provided basic information about their services.

While they were responsive to my initial inquiries, I found their customer service to be lacking in some areas. The representatives I interacted with were knowledgeable but lacked a personal touch, which made me feel like just another client.

In terms of service quality, they did complete the project we hired them for within the expected timeframe. However, there were a few minor issues along the way that required follow-up and clarification, which could have been avoided with better communication.

I would rate Applied Nuclear Services, Inc. as average, as they delivered the service but lacked the exceptional customer experience that I was expecting.
