I initially spoke to Andy who was very helpful and knowledgeable about what was possible in my case. Once I decided to work with Reiss Edwards, I was then allocated to work with Mais Alyasiri to get my permanent residence card and then naturalisation. Mais was extremely professional, always answering my questions promptly and clearly. In the end my PR card came through exactly one month after my application was sent through, and my naturalisation has just been approved, again just one month after my application was sent.
I have no doubt that things happened this promptly because I was working with Mais - though of course I had to be very organised myself and pay close attention to details when putting all my documents together.
