Five stars for its history alone. It was once part of the Edo Castle grounds (a flatland castle built by the Tokugawa Shoguns). The name comes from 'Martial Arts Hall' from the Olympics and now hosts many kinds of events. An excellent venue for concerts, due to great acoustics. (I've seen a dozen shows here)
