I had a terrible experience with Asbis Ukraine. The product I purchased was defective and the customer service was unhelpful. It took them forever to respond to my inquiries and they were not willing to provide a refund or replacement. I'm extremely disappointed and I will never shop at Asbis Ukraine again.
