I recently visited this company for a sleep study, and I found the staff to be knowledgeable and courteous. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the equipment used during the study seemed to be up-to-date. However, I did feel that the appointment scheduling process was a bit disorganized, and I had to wait longer than expected for my results. The overall experience was average, with room for improvement in terms of communication and efficiency. I hope to see better coordination and timeliness in the future to enhance the customer experience.
