I recently used the services of this company to help plan my upcoming event. I found their website to be well-organized and easy to navigate, which made it convenient to find the information I needed. The staff was friendly and professional, and they were able to answer all of my questions. However, I did experience some delays in getting a response to my inquiries, which was a bit frustrating. While the services provided were satisfactory, I felt that there were areas where improvement could be made in terms of communication and follow-up.
