The experience with Gilford-Johnson Flooring was overall positive. The product quality was decent, and the installation team did a satisfactory job. The staff was helpful and polite. However, there were a few minor issues during the process that needed to be addressed. Despite that, I would consider using Gilford-Johnson Flooring again in the future.
