The overall experience with Niverville Credit Union has been average. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the online banking system could use some improvements. I appreciate their competitive interest rates and the variety of financial services they offer. However, there have been times when I've encountered long wait times at the branch. Overall, it's a decent credit union.
