My experience with a travel agency was not what I expected. Their website, mergimi.info, promised great service and hassle-free travel, but I was disappointed. The customer service was slow and unhelpful, and the itinerary they prepared was disorganized and confusing. The tour guide was also not very knowledgeable and seemed uninterested. Overall, I would not recommend Mërgimi travel & tours to others.
