I recently engaged with a consultancy for my business needs and found the level of service to be adequate. The consultants were professional and provided some valuable insights. However, I felt that the communication could have been better, as I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the progress. Additionally, the website interface was a bit outdated and could benefit from a more modern design. Overall, I would rate the experience as average. I appreciate the effort put forth, but believe there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and user experience.
