Hands down The best place to go to if you wanna learn cullinary hotel restaurant experience. Mr shepherd is super friendly laid back chill down to earth and goes the extra mile for you. I learned so much about culinary in the 6th month program. Best cullinary class ever !!!!!!!!!!
