I had an average experience with Four Seasons Travels Manager. The booking process was smooth, but I didn't find the staff to be particularly friendly or helpful. The website was easy to use, but the options were limited. The rate was reasonable, but the accommodation was not up to my expectations. Overall, it was just an okay experience for me.
