Simply Marcella is an average company. Their products are decent but nothing special. I've shopped with them a few times and have had no major issues, but I can't say I'm blown away either. The website is easy to navigate and they have a good variety of items. However, their customer service could use some improvement. Overall, it's an okay experience.
