They are great at losing paperwork and even better at not knowing what they are talking about i went through a month of paperwork in a attempt to clear up some tax debt only to find out today i was told to do the wrong paperwork i believe he said sorry sir but the last person you talked to gave your the wrong forms to complete you actually need this this and this but its tooo late for all that now not that they care..........
