Raynorwest is an average company. The customer service was okay, but nothing exceptional. I had to wait a while for them to respond to my inquiries, which was a bit frustrating. The quality of their products is decent, but there are definitely better options out there. Overall, I wouldn't say this company is great, but it's also not terrible. Just average.
