I have a silver membership and because of Covid I ...

I have a silver membership and because of Covid I haven t used it personally.
I have been trying to purchase discount tickets with my pass for friends for 3 days. I have spent hours on hold then told to go to Busch gardens and purchase the tickets had to make reservations just for that then I went waited in line 30 minutes to be told I could not purchase advance tickets. When I was told to do this to get the tickets
So I Went home another hour on hold then told they should have sold me the tickets at Busch gardens and the people who could sell me the tickets on the phone went home!!! To call back tomorrow and here I sit again an hour on hold still... you have to do better this is horrible customer service
