I have been a customer of Redeplan for over 5 years and I must say, their service is average. While they have a user-friendly website and reasonable prices, their customer support lacks responsiveness. Whenever I have an issue, it takes them ages to get back to me. Overall, Redeplan is just an okay company to do business with.
