I had an average experience with Tier 4 power solutions. Their website, tier4.com.mx, was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The representatives I spoke with were not very knowledgeable and did not seem to care about resolving my issue. Overall, I would say they are just an average company.
