These people take your money and then don t do what you paid for. My father passed away in February 2020 and I paid to have his headstone etched with his death date. Tracy Sutton told me it would probably take about a month, but with covid going on it could be a little longer. It s had been 8 MONTHS and it still hasn t been done. I have called there many times asking when it would be done and they I just keep getting the run around. Tracy is now telling me that the etching charge is billed separately and she would have to look into it and call me back. She still hasn t called me back. So I called there the other day again and was told a manager would call me back and still NO ONE has called me back.
