The worst company to deal with PERIOD. Emails to customer service will go unanswered. Case numbers assigned by email auto response do not come up in system when you call. Even with a phone call being transferred to management, they can "put a request in" on your behalf. That request, of course, will never end up being serviced. If you can, stay away from this company. If you're loan is purchased by them, refinance as soon as possible. Would give zero stars if it were an option.
