Mechxplain is an average company. Their website is decent enough, but their customer service could use some improvement. I had some issues with a recent purchase, and it took a while to get a response from their support team. Once I did, they were able to resolve the problem, but the whole experience was a bit frustrating. Overall, I would say they are okay, but there are definitely better options out there.
