I recently engaged with a soundproofing company and, unfortunately, my experience wasn’t quite up to my expectations. The initial consultation was thorough, but the follow-up felt lacking. Communication could definitely improve, as I found myself waiting longer than anticipated for updates.

The installation process was more disruptive than I had imagined, with some materials appearing rushed or inconsistently applied. While they do have a range of soundproofing options, the overall effectiveness didn't meet my needs as I still hear noises that disrupt my peace. 📉

I appreciate the effort, but there’s room for significant improvement in terms of customer service and product performance. Hopefully, they’ll enhance these aspects moving forward. 🔨
