The hokey pokey ice cream from Colbys is absolutely delicious! The flavors are so rich and the texture is so creamy. I love how they incorporate real chunks of toffee and caramel into the ice cream, it adds a wonderful crunch. The staff is always friendly and the service is fast. Highly recommend!
