I had an overall average experience with Radium box. The products they offer are decent, but nothing extraordinary. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which is a plus. However, their customer service could use some improvement. I had an issue with one of my orders, and it took them quite a while to resolve it. The response time could definitely be better. Overall, it was an average experience.
