23July. I still have not received the information I asked for. Maybe would not be an issue if a part number was included on any of the invoices. A simple post of these numbers, in your response, would be sufficient to indicate your customer care objectives...just a thought.
Ok. Here is a follow up. The person i talked to said she did not think she could share that information. You obviously know what part was replaced multiple times...I still have not received the information I asked for. Simple question. What is the part number for the pool and spa light gaskets? Waiting for that customer care you are boasting about.

Keith Z is a reasonable man and is accomodating when you talk with him direct. Unfortunately, his associates not so much. Every year it is costing me a couple hundred dollars to have them replace my pool and spa lights (30 minutes total use before they burn out). After doing this for nearly 10 years i finally decided to replace them myself and cut the cost in half. I asked team kz if they sell the gaskets for the lights, they said no. I asked if the could tell me the model number of the light they installed and i got no response. I can pull the lights to get that data, but a little support from KZ would save me effort. Now they get none if my business. Beware of possible shady tactics. We should not have to call Keith to get simple answers and great customer care...
