I would prefer to have inspections carried out at the property more regularly - however that aside - I have found the team highly professional and reliable.
Brianna is prompt and courteous and knows how to get things done.
I hope my tenant also enjoys this courteous and prompt service.
Ive been in real estate for many years and trust Brianna in her role.
It s a funny little flat to manage and I appreciate it is not the usual rental stock the standard of the units that your organisation manages. So big appreciation to Brianna and her team for doing a quality job in managing my little bed sitter flat for my tenant and I in as professional a way as if it was a penthouse.
