I had a mixed experience with Retail Investment Management. While there were some aspects that I appreciated, such as the comprehensive investment options they provided, there were also some areas where I felt they could improve. The customer service, for example, was not as responsive as I would have liked. Overall, I would say they are an average investment management company.
