I'm not happy with Taylor's Boats at all. I purchased an Axis A24 in June and when I purchased it I noticed that the soft grip had bubbles in it. I told them I would be willing to purchase the boat if they would replace the soft grip. They said yes and I purchased the boat and the soft grip is still not fixed and they're giving me a hard time about getting it fixed. Also, when I picked up the boat the cover was ripped. We took pictures of it and they said they would replace the cover and 5 months later it is still not replace. They said it takes a long time to order a cover. 5 months is crazy. I have called 4 different times to talk to an owner and all I get is that they're in a meeting and will call me back. I have never received a call back. This company needs to figure out how to deliver on their promises. NOT HAPPY!!!
