I had a mixed experience with Ebm. The first couple of times I hired them, the cleaning was subpar. However, after I shared my feedback with them, they took it seriously and made improvements. The subsequent cleanings were much better and I appreciate their efforts to rectify the situation. Overall, they seem committed to customer satisfaction.
