My recent experience with Tribal trends was not the best. I ordered a couple of items from their website, but they took longer to arrive than expected. When the products finally arrived, one of them was damaged. I contacted customer service and they were quick to resolve the issue and sent a replacement item. Despite the initial inconvenience, I appreciate their prompt response and willingness to rectify the situation.
