Titan & partners is an average company. I have used their services for a couple of years now and while they are not exceptional, they get the job done. The customer service is decent and the website is user-friendly. However, there have been a few instances where I felt they could have been more responsive and provided better solutions. Overall, it's not a bad experience but there's definitely room for improvement.
