Mkn has been disappointing in terms of their customer service. Despite having a well-designed website, they seem to lack the necessary support infrastructure. It took a long time to get a response to my query, and even then, it was not a satisfactory resolution. Their products are of decent quality, but this experience has left me hesitant to make future purchases.
