I had a mixed experience with Energy insights ltd....

I had a mixed experience with Energy insights ltd. While their website was informative and easy to navigate, their customer service was lacking. I had trouble getting a hold of someone to answer my questions and it took longer than expected to receive a response. However, once I finally did get a response, the representative was helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
