While on a road trip from California to Texas, the at oil temp light came on in my car. We pulled up to Russel s with no warning, and they were able to help us within minutes. Traveling with two dogs, they brought out a hose to cool off our dogs in the hot weather and also brought out a giant bowl for them to drink from. They also told us what they believed to be the safest way for us to drive for the duration of our trip! Great customer service!
