I answered no to not going back to work in 6 weeks...

I answered no to not going back to work in 6 weeks, entered the July 8th return to work date, and I've been out since the 10th. I got an e-mail back saying, "Since you will be returning to work within 6 weeks, you are not allowed to file." Now, I can not e-mail or talk to anyone on the phone about this. I need answers!
