I ordered a power adaptor for a Vox amp. The adaptor they sent me did not work at all for my amp. I sent an email requesting a return authorization, but received no response. I called and was told to send it back. Return shipping cost me another $7.15, they did not offer to send a label. I would not buy anything from them again.
