I recently hired the Institute of Electromechanical Design for a project. My experience with them was average. The website, emk.tu-darmstadt.de, was informative but lacked a modern design. The staff was helpful, but response times could be improved. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, but there is room for improvement.
