Me and my daughter (who has Special Needs) lived in a Townhouse for almost 13 years. My place was always exceptionally clean and looked after. I was quiet and never caused problems. However they continously harassed us. We had 15 Eviction notices and not 1 of them had any real reason. My rent was paid on time 90% of the time. Of course being low income there will be some kind of Crisis in 12 years. There was a couple months due to some funding for my daughter that I had trouble paying rent. However the majority of the Evictions were for things other than rent. The stress they caused to me was more then unfair. Never once did they try to offer help or even ask about my circumstances. It was just an immediate eviction. I found them to be very uncaring, cold and heartless. Not what any family needs to go through.
