As a customer of B.i.g. inc. of Tennessee - Benchmark Investors Group, I must say that my experience with them has been nothing short of average. The team was responsive and professional, but I felt that the overall service was lacking. There were some issues with communication and follow-up, which was quite frustrating. I hope they can improve in these areas in the future.
