I had an average experience with Eurekakids. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The customer service was satisfactory, although it took a bit longer than expected to receive a reply to my query. The quality of the products I bought was decent, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, I would say that Eurekakids is an okay company to shop from.
