The experience with AirSound was quite average. The sound quality of their products is decent, but nothing exceptional. I expected better considering the price I paid. The design of their products is sleek and modern, which is a plus. However, the customer service could use some improvement. I had a few issues with my order and it took a while for them to respond and resolve the problem. Overall, I would say my experience with AirSound was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement.
