I had an average experience with Del Webb Homes. While the construction process went smoothly, there were some delays and miscommunications along the way. The customer service could have been better in addressing these issues. However, the house itself is of decent quality, and I'm overall satisfied with my purchase. There is room for improvement in terms of customer satisfaction.
