I had a somewhat disappointing experience with Basico. The website was easy to use and had a good selection of products. However, the product I received was not as described. It was of lower quality than expected and had some defects. The customer service was responsive and issued a refund promptly, but the overall experience was not great. I may consider giving Basico another chance in the future.
